With Alexandra’s encasement and resulting restrictions, Lumina and her have come up with a way to give Alexandra her strength back, and going even far beyond that. To provide Alexandra with substantially more power and control once she’s fully transformed into a Bane, a network of artificial muscle fibres is placed over basically her entire body, on top of the armour layer.
Function
These artificial fibres are fully controlled by Lumina, but when under Alexandra’s control, allow her to achieve far greater strength than a normal human could.
Only activated when really needed, this layer of extremely dense and compressed artificial muscle fibres gives Alexandra enough power to lift a small car, while still balancing on her two pinpoint contacts no larger than her fingertips. The muscle system also provides constant low-level stabilization, ensuring she can stand and move despite the radical deconstruction of her feet.
The muscle fibres are connected to the armour layer underneath it, relying on the superior force distribution of the armour to stabilize and support any exertion of fibres immense power. After application, this layer is again covered by the same black latex solution.
These artificial muscles eventually become so natural to Alexandra, that they’ve just become of her muscular system, her mind making no difference between the two.
Physical Appearance
Although fully encased in more layers, hidden underneath, and integrated into Alexandra new latex skin, when these artificial muscles are used, they flex enough so that their contours reappear on Alexandra’s shiny latex skin.
When activated, Alexandra’s entire Bane body suddenly appears far more lean, showing muscle lines throughout her limbs and torso, resulting in an even more striking look when combined with her absurd figure.
